sec.428 Definition
In this division— royalty period , in relation to a mining lease, means— the period from (and including) the day on which the tenure takes effect to (and including) the next 30 June or 31 December, whichever is the earlier; and each period of 6 months after that period.
- (a) the period from (and including) the day on which the tenure takes effect to (and including) the next 30 June or 31 December, whichever is the earlier; and
- (b) each period of 6 months after that period.
