sec.421 Appointment of inspectors
The Minister may appoint an officer of the public service to be an inspector for this Act and the regulations. Inspectors have powers under sections 367 , 368 , 369 , 370 , 371 , 378 , 379 , 380 and 381 . The appointment must be in writing.
