sec.41 Approval of form of applications etc.
The Minister may approve the form and the way in which the following are to be made— applications for tenures over sub-blocks in coastal waters; applications for the renewal of tenures over sub-blocks in coastal waters. An approval under subsection (1) must be made in writing. (sec.41-ssec.1) The Minister may approve the form and the way in which the following are to be made— applications for tenures over sub-blocks in coastal waters; applications for the renewal of tenures over sub-blocks in coastal waters.
