sec.398 Securities
A person may be required to lodge a security with the Minister under— section 399 ; or section 118 , 177 , 254 or 304 . Securities are required as a way of ensuring compliance with this Act and with tenure conditions. Securities may only be used for the purposes mentioned in section 400 . (sec.398-ssec.1) A person may be required to lodge a security with the Minister under— section 399 ; or section 118 , 177 , 254 or 304 .
