sec.389 Direction may impose absolute prohibition
Without limiting section 387 , a direction under that section may— prohibit absolutely the doing of a thing; or prohibit the doing of a thing unless a person’s consent or approval is obtained.
- (a) prohibit absolutely the doing of a thing; or
- (b) prohibit the doing of a thing unless a person’s consent or approval is obtained.
