sec.365 Minister’s response to application for approval
If an application is made under section 363 , the Minister may— approve the transfer; or refuse to approve the transfer. The Minister may, under subsection (1) (a) , approve the transfer on conditions that the Minister considers necessary or desirable in the public interest. If the Minister approves the transfer, the Minister must endorse a record of the approval on— the transfer document; and a copy of the transfer document. A record of the approval will also be entered in the offshore mining register (see section 338 (1) ). (sec.365-ssec.1) If an application is made under section 363 , the Minister may— approve the transfer; or refuse to approve the transfer. (sec.365-ssec.2) The Minister may, under subsection (1) (a) , approve the transfer on conditions that the Minister considers necessary or desirable in the public interest. (sec.365-ssec.3) If the Minister approves the transfer, the Minister must endorse a record of the approval on— the transfer document; and a copy of the transfer document. A record of the approval will also be entered in the offshore mining register (see section 338 (1) ).
