sec.346 Withdrawal of caveat
A caveat holder may withdraw the caveat at any time by lodging a written withdrawal with the Minister. The Minister must— register details of the withdrawal; and endorse details of the withdrawal on the original of the caveat; and keep the original of the withdrawal.
