sec.342 Lodgment of caveats
A person who claims a legal or equitable interest in or affecting a tenure may lodge with the Minister a caveat on the tenure. A person may claim a legal or equitable interest in or affecting a tenure even if the interest claimed arises under a document that has not been registered under section 338 or 339 . (sec.342-ssec.1) A person who claims a legal or equitable interest in or affecting a tenure may lodge with the Minister a caveat on the tenure.
