sec.335 Extension of exploration permits
If the Minister receives an application for the extension of the term of an exploration permit, the Minister must register the fact. If the Minister refuses to extend the term of an exploration permit, the Minister must register the refusal. For extensions of the term of a tenure see sections 94 to 98 . The grant of the extension of the term of an exploration permit is registered under section 337 (1) .
