sec.330 Form of register and document file
The offshore mining register must be kept in the form and the way decided by the Minister. Without limiting subsection (1) , the offshore mining register may be kept in the form of a computer record. The document file must be kept in the form and the way decided by the Minister. (sec.330-ssec.1) The offshore mining register must be kept in the form and the way decided by the Minister.
