sec.327 Conditions of consent
The Minister may grant a special purpose consent subject to whatever conditions the Minister considers appropriate. Without limiting subsection (1) , the Minister may impose conditions about— reports to be provided by the consent holder about activities carried out under the consent; and environmental matters.
