sec.301 Conditions applicable to works licence on renewal
If the provisional renewal is properly accepted under section 300 , the renewed tenure is subject to— the conditions specified in the notice given to the tenure holder under section 296 ; or if the Minister amended those conditions under section 297 —those conditions as amended.
- (a) the conditions specified in the notice given to the tenure holder under section 296 ; or
- (b) if the Minister amended those conditions under section 297 —those conditions as amended.
