sec.276 Minister may provisionally grant tenure
If the applicant does what is required by sections 271 to 274 , the Minister may— provisionally grant a works licence to the applicant; or refuse the application. Under section 286 , the grant of the tenure can not be effective before it is registered (see section 333 for registration). The grant will not be registered until it has been properly accepted (see section 283 for proper acceptance ).
- (a) provisionally grant a works licence to the applicant; or
- (b) refuse the application.
