sec.263 General
A mining lease expires if— the term of the tenure ends without the tenure being renewed; or the tenure holder surrenders the tenure; or the tenure is cancelled. For paragraph (a) see division 6 . For paragraph (b) see section 264 . For paragraph (c) see section 265 .
