sec.251 Conditions applicable to tenure on renewal
If the provisional renewal is properly accepted under section 250 , the renewed tenure is subject to— the conditions specified in the notice given to the tenure holder under section 246 ; or if the Minister amended those conditions under section 247 —those conditions as amended.
- (a) the conditions specified in the notice given to the tenure holder under section 246 ; or
- (b) if the Minister amended those conditions under section 247 —those conditions as amended.
