sec.238 How to apply for renewal

The application must— be made in accordance with the approved form; and be made in the approved way; and include details of— the activities carried out by the applicant under the tenure during its current term; and the amount of money spent by the applicant in relation to the sub-blocks covered by the tenure during its current term; and the activities that the applicant intends to carry out under the tenure during the term applied for; and the amount of money that the applicant intends to spend in relation to activities authorised by the tenure during the term applied for. For paragraphs (a) and (b) see section 41 . The applicant may include in the application any other information that the applicant considers relevant.
