sec.181 Automatic suspension of conditions if tenure rights are suspended
If— the Minister suspends particular rights conferred by a mineral development licence under section 135 ; and a tenure condition is affected by the suspension; the tenure condition is suspended for the period of the suspension of the rights.
- (a) the Minister suspends particular rights conferred by a mineral development licence under section 135 ; and
