sec.134 Minister may cancel or not renew mineral development licence without compensation
No compensation is payable because of the cancellation or non-renewal of a mineral development licence by the Minister. The Minister may cancel the tenure under section 189 or 190 . The Minister may refuse to renew the tenure under section 165 .
