sec.122 Automatic suspension of conditions if tenure rights are suspended
If— the Minister suspends particular rights conferred by an exploration permit under section 48 ; and a tenure condition is affected by the suspension; the tenure condition is suspended for the period of the suspension of the rights.
- (a) the Minister suspends particular rights conferred by an exploration permit under section 48 ; and
