sec.103 How to apply for renewal

The application must— be made in accordance with the approved form; and be made in the approved way; and include details of— the activities carried out by the applicant under the tenure during its current term; and the amount of money spent by the applicant in relation to the sub-blocks covered by the tenure during its current term; and the activities that the applicant intends to carry out under the tenure during the term applied for; and the amount of money that the applicant intends to spend on those activities during the term applied for; and specify the sub-blocks that the applicant nominates for surrender under section 104 . For paragraphs (a) and (b) see section 41 . The applicant may include in the application any other information that the applicant considers relevant. • (d) specify the sub-blocks that the applicant nominates for surrender under section 104 .
