#### 429 Criminal laws not applied (1) Section 428 does not apply to laws that are substantive criminal laws, or laws of criminal investigation, procedure and evidence, within the meaning of Schedule 1 to the Crimes at Sea Act 2000. (2) Subsection (1) does not detract from the operation of the Crimes at Sea Act 2000.
