#### 406 Definitions In this Part: > application period means: (a) the period of 30 days from the day on which the applicant is given notice of the decision; or (b) if the Designated Authority extends the application period under subsection 407(3)—the extended period. > decision has the same meaning as it has in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024. > Designated Authority means the responsible Commonwealth Minister acting as Designated Authority for an external territory offshore area. > reviewable decision means a decision made by the Designated Authority (including a decision made under subsection 407(3)). > reviewable delegated decision means a decision made by a delegate of the Designated Authority under section 419.
