#### 394 Designated Authority may specify time for compliance If the Designated Authority gives compliance direction to a licence holder or special purpose consent holder, the Designated Authority may: (a) specify in the direction a time for compliance with the direction; or (b) give the holder a supplementary direction under this section specifying a time for compliance with the direction.
