376 Certain reports to be made available

If: (a) in order to comply with: (i) the regulations; or (ii) a compliance direction ; or (iii) a licence condition; a licence holder gives the Designated Authority a report; and (b) the report relates to blocks that are no longer covered by the licence or by a successor licence to the licence; and (c) another person requests the Designated Authority to make the report available to the person; the Designated Authority must make the report available to the person.
