346 Withdrawal of caveat
(1) A caveat holder may withdraw the caveat at any time by lodging a written withdrawal with the Designated Authority. (2) The Designated Authority must: (a) register details of the withdrawal; and (b) endorse details of the withdrawal on the original of the caveat; and (c) retain the original of the withdrawal.
