334Renewal of licences

#### 334 Renewal of licences (1) If the Designated Authority is given an application for the renewal of a licence, the Designated Authority must register the fact. (2) If the provisional renewal of a licence is properly accepted, the Designated Authority must register: (a) the renewal; and (b) the term of the renewal; and (c) the date of the provisional renewal; and (d) the date of registration of the renewal. (3) If the Designated Authority registers the renewal of a licence under subsection (2): (a) the licence holder must give the licence to the Designated Authority; and (b) the Designated Authority must endorse on the licence: (i) the term of the renewal; and (ii) the date of registration of the renewal. (4) If the Joint Authority refuses to renew a licence, the Designated Authority must register the refusal.
