#### 321 Applicant to notify works licence holders affected by the application (1) The applicant must notify interested works licence holders of the application. (2) The notification: (a) must be given to the interested works licence holders in writing; and (b) must give details of the special purpose consent applied for; and (c) must invite the interested works licence holder to give comments to the Designated Authority within 30 days after the day on which the notice was given. (3) For the purposes of this section, a works licence holder is interested if the block concerned is inside the works licence area.
