#### 278 Matters to be specified in the licence (1) The licence must specify: (a) the blocks covered by the licence; and (b) the activities authorised by the licence; and (c) the area in which the activities are to be carried out; and (d) the term of the licence; and (e) the licence conditions. (2) The term specified under paragraph (1)(d) is not to exceed 5 years.
