#### 273 Applicant to notify licence holders affected by the application (1) The applicant must notify interested licence holders of the application. (2) The notification: (a) must be given to the interested licence holder in writing; and (b) must give details of the works licence applied for; and (c) must invite the interested licence holder to give comments to the Designated Authority within 30 days after the day on which the notice is given. (3) For the purposes of this section, a licence holder is interested if: (a) a block covered by the application is inside the licence area; and (b) the holder is not the applicant.
