#### 146 Matters to be specified in the licence (1) The licence must specify: (a) the blocks covered by the licence; and (b) the term of the licence; and (c) the licence conditions. (2) The term specified under paragraph (1)(b) is not to exceed 5 years. (3) The licence may specify the activities that may be carried out under the licence. (4) If the licence includes a specification under subsection (3), the licence authorises only the specified activities.
