#### 115 Conditions applicable to licence on renewal If the provisional renewal is properly accepted, the renewed licence is subject to: (a) the conditions specified in the notice given to the licence holder under section 110; or (b) if the Joint Authority amended those conditions under section 111—those conditions as amended.
