113Extension of primary payment period

#### 113 Extension of primary payment period (1) If the licence holder makes a request under section 111 or 112, the holder may ask the Designated Authority to extend the primary payment period. (2) The request must be made within 30 days after the day on which the holder is given notice under section 110. (3) If the Designated Authority agrees to the request, the Designated Authority must: (a) determine the period of the extension in writing; and (b) give the holder a written notice informing the holder of the period of the extension.
