#### 102 When must an application to renew be made? (1) Subject to subsection (2), the application must be made at least 30 days before the day on which the licence is to expire. > Note: If an application for extension of a licence is made, the expiry of the licence is postponed (see section 91). (2) The Designated Authority may accept an application that is made later than 30 days before the day on which the licence is to expire if: (a) the application is made before the day on which the licence expires; and (b) the Designated Authority believes that there are reasonable grounds for accepting the application.
