721 Transitional provision—duty to register plant designs and items of plant
(1) A duty to register a design under Division 1 of Part 5.3 applies on and after the registration duty day (including in relation to a design that was completed at any time before the registration duty day). (2) A duty to register an item of plant under Division 2 of Part 5.3 applies on and after the registration duty day.
