59 Regulator may determine different periodic revision day

(1) This section applies if the Regulator grants a plan revision approval application under section 71 in relation to a relevant licence. (2) When the Regulator grants the application, the Regulator may determine that the periodic revision day for the relevant licence is a particular day. (3) If the Regulator makes a determination under subsection (2): (a) the Regulator must give the licence holder written notice of the determination; and (b) for the purposes of section 56, the periodic revision day for the relevant licence is the day determined by the Regulator. Revocation of determination (4) A determination under this section is taken to be revoked: (a) at the end of the day determined for the purposes of subsection (2); or (b) if the Regulator gives the licence holder a direction under section 53 in relation to the relevant licence.
