5 Operation of this Part
For the purposes of section 29 of the Act, this Part prescribes the licensing scheme in relation to: (a) applications for licences; and (b) the offering and granting of licences; and (c) transfers of licences; and (d) changes in control of licence holders; and (e) other matters.
