48 Requirements for application

(1) An initial plan approval application: (a) must be made in the manner and form that is: (i) approved by the Regulator; and (ii) published on the Regulator’s website; and (b) must be accompanied by the plan; and (c) must be accompanied by any other information or documents required by the form. (2) Before making an initial plan approval application, a licence holder must carry out consultation under Subdivision D.

Note 1: For application fees, see section 146. An application is taken to have been made only if the fee for dealing with the application has been paid (see section 147).

Note 2: The licence holder may be required to give the Regulator a design notification before making the initial plan approval application (see section 96).
