36 Assessment by Registrar
(1) If an application for the transfer of a licence is made, the Registrar must: (a) make an assessment of the application by reference to the criteria set out in subsection 70(1) of the Act (licence transfers); and (b) provide advice to the Minister in relation to the assessment. (2) For the purposes of making the assessment, the Registrar may consult with the Regulator or any other person.
