227A Plant to which this Division applies
This Division applies to plant that is: (a) a crane; or (b) a lift; or (c) a hoist; or (d) a work positioning system; or (e) a temporary work platform; or (f) a concrete placing boom.
19 Subregulation 237(1)
Repeal the subregulation, substitute:
(1) This regulation applies to plant that is: (a) a crane; or (b) a lift; or (c) a hoist; or (d) a work positioning system; or (e) a temporary work platform; or (f) a concrete placing boom.
