168G Register of DSMSs
(1) The regulator must keep a register of each DSMS it receives, in a form that allows public access. (2) The register must record as many of the following details as apply to the DSMS: (a) the name of the person conducting a business or undertaking who gave the DSMS to the regulator; (b) the date of acceptance; (c) any conditions on acceptance; (d) the date of rejection; (e) the date that acceptance ended.
