159A Meaning of offshore renewable energy infrastructure
For the purposes of paragraph 10(3)(e) of the Act, fixed or tethered infrastructure is prescribed if the infrastructure has the primary purpose of generating, obtaining, storing, transmitting or conveying one or more of the following chemicals: (a) ammonia; (b) hydrogen; (c) kerosene; (d) methanol; whether any of those chemicals is in liquid form or in the form of a gas.
