127 Determination of area of protection zone
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 142(3)(a) of the Act, this section provides for how the area covered by a protection zone specified in a protection zone determination is to be determined. (2) The area of the protection zone must extend no further than 1,852 metres from the infrastructure or proposed infrastructure to which the protection zone relates, measured from each point on the outer edge of the infrastructure or proposed infrastructure.
