119 Requirements for safety zone application—application for the Regulator to vary or revoke a safety zone determination
A safety zone application under subsection 117(2): (a) must either: (i) state that the application is for the Regulator to revoke a safety zone determination specified in the application; or (ii) state that the application is for the Regulator to vary a safety zone determination specified in the application, and describe the proposed variation; and (b) must be made in the manner and form that is: (i) approved by the Regulator; and (ii) published on the Regulator’s website; and (c) must be accompanied by any information or documents required by the form.
