85 Meaning of approval period
For the purposes of this Act, the approval period, for a change in control of a licence holder, means the period: (a) starting on the day the notice of approval for the change in control is given; and (b) ending at the earliest of the following: (i) immediately after the change in control takes effect; (ii) if the approval of a change in control is revoked—when the notice of revocation is given; (iii) 9 months after the day the notice of approval is given.
