41 Applications for commercial licences

(1) An eligible person that holds a feasibility licence may apply for the Minister to grant a commercial licence to the eligible person. (2) The licensing scheme must prescribe procedures for: (a) an application under subsection (1) to be made; and (b) such an application to be considered; and (c) the Minister to offer to grant a commercial licence in response to such an application. (3) The licensing scheme must require an application for a commercial licence to describe the offshore infrastructure project to be carried out under the licence.
