307 Regulations may provide for approved forms

(1) The regulations may require an application, notice or other instrument made, or given, to the Minister, the Registrar or the Regulator under this Act to be: (a) made or given in an approved manner; and (b) in the approved form; and (c) accompanied by any information or documents required by the form.

Note: The regulations may also require a fee to be paid in relation to an application (see section 189).

(2) The regulations may provide for the Minister, the Registrar or the Regulator to approve a manner and form referred to in subsection (1).
