289 Publishing or making copies of applicable documents not an infringement of copyright
The copyright in a literary or artistic work contained in an applicable document is not infringed by anything done: (a) by, or with the authority of, the Registrar or the Minister; and (b) for the purpose of the exercise of any of the powers of the Registrar or Minister under this Part.
