243 Regulations under the Work Health and Safety Act
(1) The regulations made under the Work Health and Safety Act do not apply for the purposes of that Act as applied by this Part. (2) However, regulations made for the purposes of this Act may: (a) prescribe provisions of regulations made under the Work Health and Safety Act that apply for the purposes of that Act as applied by this Part; and (b) prescribe modifications of regulations made under the Work Health and Safety Act as they apply for the purposes of that Act as applied by this Part; and (c) make provision for and in relation to matters that may, under the Work Health and Safety Act as applied by this Part, be provided for by regulations made under that Act.
