236 Section 102 (decision of inspector on review of provisional improvement notice)

Section 102 of the Work Health and Safety Act applies as if: (a) paragraph 102(1)(b) were omitted; and (b) subsection 102(3) were substituted with the following subsection: (3) If the inspector confirms the provisional improvement notice: (a) the provisional improvement notice ceases to be in force; and (b) the inspector must consider whether to issue an improvement notice under section 209 of the Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Act 2021.
