171 Offshore Infrastructure Registrar Special Account
(1) The Offshore Infrastructure Registrar Special Account is established by this section. (2) The Offshore Infrastructure Registrar Special Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. (3) The Secretary of the Registrar’s Department is responsible for the Offshore Infrastructure Registrar Special Account.
